I saw a review in Entertainment Weekly giving this movie an "A," and I heard great buzz about it...but honestly, this is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. I wanted very much to like it. I tried to be scared.
The lead actress is so horribly bad you just can't believe anything she says. The lead actor fares much better, but you sort of feel sorry that he's in this awful joke of a movie. At two hours long there are only about four actual "scares" spaced about 30 minutes apart. It's very anti-climatic.
Bottom line: The camera shakiness makes you dizzy. The acting is HORRIBLE! The movie is boring and NOT scary. The director has no talent, but thinks he's very clever (he's not). Skip this one! Zombieland is much more fun.
