This movie uses "Found film" very well in it's favor, it isn't laden with heavy cgi effects and offers a convincing experience. The slow build up of events provides the viewer with suspense and somewhat feeling of urgency, you are forced into a impatient state and become anxious to learn what is too come. With this movie they took something we most all experience and exploit it. I suggest an optimistic mind when going to see this movie. Your own fears is what makes the best out of it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
