I really enjoyed this take on Superman. This is a good re-boot to the character and puts him in a modern environment with modern ideals. This isn't your grandfather's Superman so it may be jarring to people who are expecting that. But the Man of Steel attempts to make Superman more relate able as opposed to the big invincible Boy Scout. The acting was well done and Henry Cavill who plays Superman did an outstanding job. The special effects were jaw dropping and I did feel exhausted when the smoke cleared....some people may feel it is too much action but I loved every bit of it...a couple of times I almost cried so it does have heart as well...all in all it was an entertaining trip to the movies without a doubt!

Best Superhero Movie (No Joke)

This was absolutely the best superhero movie ever put on screen. Now it sits along one of my all time favorite movies period. It was that good. Very dark though. I wouldn't say it was for the kiddies (anyone below 10). I would definitely recommend it if your a comic book fan or even if you are a fan of movies with great acting. Heath Ledger was phenomenal! This will go down as a classic.
