Another Awesome X-Men Movie

I'm a huge fan of X-Men and was a bit worried that this movie wouldn't live up to my expectations. But I was very wrong...it was a great movie! Acting by the main characters was superb, which is not always the case in an action film. A few parts did not match up with bits in the other movies, but for the most part it was pretty seamless. Well done!

Kristen Wiig was the perfect actress for the lead role...SO funny, but could handle the drama too. Great cast! Those chicks are so incredibly funny. LOVE LOVE LOVE to see a female-driven R-rated comedy that appeals to both men and women. Definitely not your typical chick flick...in a good way!

My husband and I avoided all trailers/commercials/hype/reviews for this movie before seeing it this weekend. I think it really helped us to just watch the movie on our own without any initial biases. We enjoyed the movie tremendously, especially the gorgeous IMAX 3D experience. Avatar was the first 3D movie I feel used the technology to the fullest extent and did it well. Nicely done, James Cameron!
