Notice when you read these reviews how only a VERY small hand-full of people say it was either stupid or silly. About 95% of everyone else is saying Paranormal Activity is absolutely terrifying. I'm a part of that 95%. I believe that any kind of movie that can effect me in any sort of way deserves praise, so I went to see it again last night. I have mild anxiety and had to walk out before the end, feeling like I was going to pass out. It's not the movie itself that is scary, it's the idea and the images it plants into your brain. One of my friends claimed she never gets freaked out of movies... She was screaming the last 30 minutes and shaking for about 3 hours afterwards.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
