Amazing. More than lived up to the hype. It's smart, with jawdropping visuals, great characters & cast. a real ride but very satisfying as something more intellectually challenging. Completely original and yet a few key scenes pay homage to some of the best, most groundbreaking movies ever made (2001, Citizen Kane) in a respectful way. Can't wait to go again.

I resisted seeing the movie because it seemed morbid and opportunistic, but I heard so many great things I had to see it - and am very glad I did. It's an absolutely riveting portrait of the creative process in preparing a show which would have been one of the greatest live shows ever. To see how strong, fit and agile Jackson is at 50 (!) is completely amazing. I could have watched him all day. While there's no doubt he was a bizarre person, he was a uniquely talented artist and when you see this film, you're seeing him in complete control of his powers, surrounded by supremely talented - and movingly supportive - musicians, dancers and technicians.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Pixar is brilliant as ever

My kids and I had a fantastic time seeing these groundbreaking movies again on a big screen and the 3D really enhanced the beauty and many background details I'd never noticed before (like the titles of the books behind Woody during the meeting in Toy Story are named for Pixar shorts). It looked incredible and you shouldn't miss this social experience. It was a blast and well worth the price!
