My 9 year old daughter and I went on a whim. She hadn't really seen them and didn't know much about them. Although we own them on VHS, we no longer own anything to play them on.
We thoroughly enjoyed the 3D experience. It was not as 3D as I think it should have been, but considering it was an older movie updated to 3D, I can let that slide.
This definitely brought back memories for me, I used to live for movie marathon days with matinees and intermissions, and I was happy to share my experiences with my daughter about the good old days.
We had a great time! (except for the lady and her cell phone)
