Moments in this movie were exceptional. Depicting people of intelligence utilizing creative energies before the electronic age was captivating as was the watchful & loving presence of Fanny's siblings. I am a period piece enthusiast yet within this genre I still wish to be entertained & find a little escapism. I have no desire to cry myself silly the last moments of a movie to then see a few words on the screen in wrap up. Nor did I enjoy Keats' in & out of Fanny's life with little transition or illustrative rationale. All in all the movie felt a little too full of itself with the arguably beautiful set & scenic shots. It should have focused more fully on a robust story narrative which would make me want to think about it later.
