I didn't know much about this movie going in other than it was getting great reviews. I saw it in IMAX 3D, and the IMAX was worth it. The 3D effects really didn't make a big impact. I thought the story was very creative and the acting was good. The special effects were awesome!

This was a good horror flick. It had typical and predictable "teenager in trouble and being chased by the bad guy" scenes. It wasn't that scary, but the story line and the acting were good.
Don't see this movie for the 3D effects. There weren't really any 3D effects to speak of.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
