Scary BUT not the "scariest movie ever"

I went into this movie thinking it was going to be the most horrifying and scary movie I have ever seen. It wasn't. I'm a huge hardocre scary movie fan. I go to every scary movie that comes out and am always disappointed usually. I will say this was a good movie, I even got goosebumps twice which has never happened before. There isn't any blood, guts, and gore, it's all psychological.
I have read that there are alleged other alternate endings. And one of these alternate endings would have been fantastic in my opinion. I would have given it 5 stars. Good movie and scared most of my friends to death and they are sleeping on the couch or with their lights on!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
