This movie so was so fresh and atypical of the horror genre that has recently always been just slasher movies. This movie was really hyped up but I thought it exceeded the hype and was much scarier than the trailer shows. The whole theater was gasping and jumping throughtout the whole movie (including myself) and by the end everyone was freaked. There was a girl in front of us that was crying after the movie ended (she looked really freaked out). I've always been a fan of horror movies that work because they're creepy by themselves; not because they constantly try to startle you. While this movie has jumpout moments the parts that were most disturbing were just plain creepy as h*@l. I am recommending it to everyone I know.
