Zombie movies have made a turn for the better over the last decade or so, and this is no different. It mixes the whimsical humor of "Shawn of the Dead" with the blunt American ethic of the newer "Dawn of the Dead" and sprinkles them with some nice, original surprises.
Only criticism is that movie makers can not seem to wrap their head around a zombie movie where the female characters don't do something obviously and unrealistically foolish that lands them in trouble. This one is no different, so the ending lost me a bit. But not so much that I didn't enjoy myself.
