I LOVED Twilight, and saw it many times. I was very excited to see New Moon because the visual effects were going to be so much more...and I was right. They captured the essence of the book very well, and Chris Weitz understood that need for the wolves to be VERY menacing and realistic, and he nailed it. I now can't wait for Eclipse. By the way, I'm 40 and all nine of my fellow movie mates were between 35-45, so we are not teenage Twi-Hards...it's just a good love story.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
