Movie is decent, but beware

I thought Eclipse was the best of the movies thus far. Rob and Taylor seem to be hitting their stride as far as acting goes. Kristen is still a little wooden for my tastes. I felt that the movie dragged on in certain spots. It's a little over 2 hours long, but it felt much longer. They elaborated on the newborns' story, which I felt was nice, but they could have done without certain other elements.
They had excessive closeups which were really distracting. The music was decent. There was a fair bit of overacting in some of the flashbacks as well as with the newborns. They movie also included scenes from Stephenie Meyer's new novella, which was nice.
One thing to be cautious of: do NOT see this movie with a lot of fangirls. They really ruined the experience for me by applauding in strange places and being noisy. The movie isn't bad by any means, but your audience can really make or break it for you.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
