Jim Carrey and cast did an excellent job at capturing the spirit of the tale. The story dragged in places and we were flown over rooftops a couple too many times. It would have been fine to have seen it in a normal theater and without 3D, though there were some well-done effects in 3D.

The MJ movie in an IMAX is a full saturation experience of his talent. I saw it twice in this format. It deserves to come back for an encore.

Each time I see this movie, the extraordinary talent of MJ is seen in a new light. His interaction with his top notch backup singers, dancers and crew showed amazing sensitivity to the music and to the people themselves. This show would have surpassed all expectations had it gone on tour. We are so very fortunate to have seen as much of it as we have and to see this sensitive genius at work.
