Entertaining yet almost plot-less

Fame was a very entertaining movie and had great performers. The whole plot was revolved around how hard it is to become famous. I mean Im pretty sure everyone realizes this already. Some of the actors were great and others were horrible. I understand that its hard to find multiple triple threats (singers, dancers, and actors) but some of the acting was Disney Channel material.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
