Enjoyable performance

I absolutely agree with all reviewers who praised the performance, and especially magnificent Elina Garanca and Roberto Alagna. One fact I would like to stress is very good fitness and physical conditions of members of the cast. A few months ago I saw Met Opera's Aida. I enjoyed voices and music, but appearance of almost every member of the cast was disappointing. I feel completely different after attending Carmen.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Wonderful performance

I have no musical education or training. Because of that, I am not going to evaluate performance of the singers, dancers, etc. I just would like to state that I enjoyed the opera and appreciated every performer of the Aida cast.
There was one disappointing fact, only older folks attended this beautiful show. I think Metropolitan Opera should develop some strategy in order to attract younger people because I really want my children and grandchildren to be interested in attending Metropolitan Opera performances.
