This movie made me cry and then laugh before I could wipe the tears away. It's like Tyler Perry has a manual to the woman's (especially the Black woman's) heart mind and soul. He makes you love and connect with these characters and then puts them in the most real, most challenging, most perilous situations, places where they can be their own worst enemy. And then--he gives them the choice to go with God or go the other way--and the impact of each life comes full circle--all in two hours. AND THEN THERE'S THE MUSIC!!! This movie reminds me not only how God always knows each and every one of us by name, but also how beautiful it is to be a strong Black woman. I LOVE YOU TP!!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
