Heart Wrenchingly Wonderful

From the moment it began I was consumed by the story. To see Mo'Nique and Mariah Carey humble themselves from starlets to 'the average woman' in their roles was awe inspiring. Monique's performance touched you from skin to soul. In her first movie appearance and starring role, Gabby Sidibe, was Precious. Every emotion was seen, felt and experienced right along with her. I watched this movie on opening night. The audience was so entranced that we reacted as one. Such symmetry often made me forget that I was sharing this experience with strangers, instead of watching this from the comfort of my livingroom. The depth of this movie cannot be put into words. You must see this for yourself.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
