Lemonade
Saw - 10/10
Saw II - 9/10 (couple of stupid traps)
Saw III - 4/10 (the shotgun scene... yeah...)
Saw IV - 6/10 (Too much bossiness and lame choice making)
Saw V - 7/10 (Good traps, slight poor acting, okay ending)

My anticipation is that quality is on the rise since Saw III. I think they've learned their lesson and 6 is going to better fulfill the psychological aspect of the original Saw. This isn't like the Land Before TIme series where they make 50 million sequels... this storyline actually progresses. I just wish they would have asked a lot more people how they could have improved the third one.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
