Important and entertaining movie with great acting. The issues are marriage, job loss and loneliness. Someone has to terminate (fire) people when companies downsize....usually the HR department does it....ie., hire and fire...BUT many companies are afraid....so they get an outside company...this is new info, well handled, the screen play well done, and absorbing. it might have drifted into corniness...but it did not and the ending was NOT telegraphed.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
