My whole family and I were REALLY looking forward to watching this much anticipated movie, and I am sad to say, it was disappointing. There is no explanation as to the appearance of the white queen, the way she moves around is weird, not regal, Alice's costumes were poorly designed and The Mad Hatter looks like MADONNA, makeup, gap teeth and all! I would've liked to have paid Matinee prices and not the extra for the 3-D in the evening - I wouldn't exactly call it a rental kind of movie, but Please, don't pay full price!
No, I do not recommend this movie.

The movie WAS pretty gory , u know when it comes 2 aliens, there has to be a lot of slime & gooey stuff & there WAS quite a bit of cussing, but being that they had accents when they spoke, the cussing didn't bother me so much. I thought it was pretty interesting, had a good story line, was action-packed & I'm looking forward to see what happens in DISTRICT 10.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
