Torn between Jacob and Edward

A true Twilight fan will appreciate the screen adaptation of the novel New Moon. As much as I enjoy the relationship between Edward and Bella, I truly saw "Jacob" come to life before my eyes on screen. The character played by Taylor Lautner was the epitome of the "good guy" in any story you just want to see get the girl.
He was the hotheaded youth who also had shades of wisdom beyond his years. His anger was understood and in many ways justified. He didn't hide how he felt. I think Lautner's portrayal was very warm and authentic. I was originally "Team Edward" all the way, but Taylor Lautner's "Jacob" almost made me want Bella to make a different choice.
Kudos to the newcomer!
