Shame: An Artistically Shot Film

All around great acting. Well done acting conveying so much especially during train scene. Sex scenes artistically shot. Only last 10 minutes of film is what probably gave it an NR-17 rating. Understated acting brilliance from Carey Mulligan. Fassbender always very good. This is NOT a porn film.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Captain America is a well done classic comic book movie. 2nd half is action packed but overall movie is basic but the tone is what makes the movie a success. Chris Evans fits as Captain America. The entire cast is fantastic. This movie is what Thor could have been but was missing something. Stay through to the end of the credits where you'll see preview of The Avengers movie that really looks good.

I don't like this rating system. I give Thor a "good" or a "B". 4 stars is usually considered very good. I was so excited to see Thor and I love Kenneth Branaugh movies but something was missing from this movie. Chris was perfect as Thor. The first 20 mins were exciting and then the movie sort of lagged. The story line was solid but I guess there was some - for lack of a better word - penache missing. Make sure you stay after all the credits have rolled. Movie goers tend to forget this from Marvel. They always give you a sneak preview of what's coming next or story line for next movie
