As a horror movies fan, I would consider it as a rental movie. Prop to Renee for tackling another genre that's out of her norm, she's superb as always with her acting. Jodelle Ferland (Lily) acting is quite good, reminded me of Dakota Fanning but not as good. The storyline is pretty original but although the movies is only 110 minutes, it seems longer because the first half of the movie is kind of slow.
I personally thought the movie is a mixture of comedy and horror because I find a lot of parts comical instead of scary. So if you're thinking of watching the movie for a scare of the month, don't count on it.
