Great cast of characters, excellent acting. This movie seemed to have a realism to it, with emotion, that pulled you in. It makes you think deeper and reflect on the dangers of a worldwide epidemic. Well done, but not overdone. Appropriate levels of drama, with a great basic story. Enjoyable and yet thought provoking. An examination of the fragil balance between government responsibility to protect civilization, and how it affects freedom.
My wife and I saw Green Lantern last weekend. The special effects were great, and we enjoyed the humor that Ryan Reynolds brought to the role. This movie is action packed and moves very quickly. I would have enjoyed if the movie was an extra 15 minutes. It was well acted, directed, and suspensful. A good entertaining movie... perhaps a bit too scary for children under 12.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This movie is a must see for anyone that enjoys supernatural or scary. My wife and I saw it on opening weekend. There were at least 4 or 5 times when the audience shreaked in fear. It was GREAT! The acting was outstanding. This is one of Anthony Hopkins best movies ever. The movie had thoughtful character development and it was creepy as hell! I left the movie thinking "I believe in God and the Devil". Next thought, I'd get on a plane to Rome Italy if I needed an Exorcism performed. I'd give this movie an A or 4.7 out of 5 stars.
This film brought you back in time to an older England. The scenery and setting were remarkably well done.
There was plenty of action, and great special effects. Talbot Manor was appropriately creepy, aptly portraying the town sentiment that the family was cursed.
A little more character development with the Fiance would have been good. We don't know her relationship to the gift shop in London.
I liked the way the movie drops you into the action on the moor setting up the first kill.
This was an enjoyable movie, and it exceeded my expectations. The level of gore was appropriate for a monster film.
I would recommend this film to anyone who enjoys the werewolf genre.
I would advise buying tickets online a day in advance, and arriving at the theater 45 minutes before the showing. Bring a napkin or 2 with you to wipe off the lenses of the 3d glasses. The theater rinses off glasses before showings, but supplies them wet.
I highly recommend this movie in the 3d IMAX format.
From the beginning scenes; this movie pulls you into the story. Not only is this film a visual master piece; the plot, the characters, and the scenary of this alien planet command your attention and your emotion.
This movie tops star wars, and Lord of the Rings for scenery, imagination and creativity, and is a must see for anyone over 12.
