Excellent story, interesting and well played characters and non-stop action from start to finish. This was a fun ride. Robert Downey and Jude Law - as Holmes and Watson - are great partners in crime-fighting; Rachel MacAdams is a gorgeous and dangerous femme fatale. Guy Ritchie knows how to dial in on detail and action. The production design is first rate. "Sherlock Holmes" should appeal to anyone who enjoys a real movie-movie, especially one with an involving storyline.. The only negative. It's a little bit long.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
