MACGRUBER....Very MacStupid!

The directors should have left MacGruber on SNL. I did laugh allot, not because of funny parts, but on how stupid this movie turned out to be. I VERY seldom write this...but, don't waste your money on this one! I had a drink with friends at the theater before the movie started... even that didn't help. There were several people that actually got up and left the theater during the movie. I figured it HAD to get better, so I stayed....It really never did. There were some good laughs, but not enough make a good movie.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

This is a good movie to see with friends. I liked the plot, but I think a few parts it could have been shortened. The some of the clothes were just too way over the top! But, the acting was good, and the storyline was fun. If you like the show...you will iove the movie!

I enjoyed this funny movie a great deal. The casting was good. Katherine Heigl and Aston Kutcher made a totally believeable couple, and their acting was great. I didn't see the little twist in the middle coming, so that was interesting! Although there is allot of killing toward the end, it isn't as graphic as allot of stuff I've seen on television. I was very happy about the way things were done! Overall, a good, funny, 'killer' love story movie that I would definately reccommend seeing.

Date Night

Funny movie! It is not a movie for the 'entire' family, but I totally enjoyed it. Steve Carrell and Tina Fey were great, and Mark Wahlberg was VERY nice to watch! Enjoyed the storyline, and I would very highly recommend it to anyone over maybe 15. If you are looking for some good laughs, you will definately like this movie.

Iron Man 2

Good movie. I did not see the first movie, however a lot of people in the theater said it wasn't quite as good as the first. That being said, I was alittle put off at first by the ego of the Iron Man character...until I realized that the ego WAS what made the character interesting. I thought the casting was great, and the storyline was very good. There is a lot of action so that was great, plus I loved the scenes before the senate committee, they were great! I definitely do recommend seeing it! I thought the ending was perfect.

Shrek 3D

This is a fun movie, after all, who doesn't like Shrek and Donkey! The 3D effect were good. I thought the storyline was great, however I did think it dragged just a little bit in the middle. This is one of those "You don't know what you have until it's gone" type movies. I recommend this movie very hightly for the entire family!! I'm sorry to see the Shrek series be over with.

Clash of the Titans- 3D

Good Movie. The visual effects and acting were very good. If you are a fan of Greek Mythology, you will like how they put together the different stories, and characters. I wasn't that impressed with the 3D effects...Surprisingly, there just were not that many of them. That part was disappointing! For that reason, I only give it four stars .If you saw the first movie, you will love this one. I recommend seeing this movie, however, see it in 2D, and save the extra money.

How To Train Your Dragon-3D

This is a movie the whole family will enjoy! Excellent 3D movie. The young awkward Viking boy's father wants him to learn to kill dragons, but his heart isn't in it...especially after his befriends one! This is a great story, and the voices and expressions of the characters. and of the other dragons are fanastic. Great ending! The 3D effects are great. Overall, an excellent family movie that I recommend very highly!

Cop Out - Okay Movie, But Funny!

I got pushed into going to this movie. I was expecting something like '48 Hours'. I certainly was surprised to find it had a lot of comedy! The actors made a great combination, and every one laughed at a lot of the parts during the movie. The storyline is a little weak, but overall, a good movie. Even though it is a cop movie, if you want some good laughs, I recommend it. When it was over, I had to admit that I really enjoyed it!

Shutter Island - Good Movie

Great acting and storyline! The movie is somewhat predictable to a point...but the twist at the end is great. Definately NOT a movie for kids to see! I would have given it five stars, but I thought the movie was too long. If you really get in to this type of movie, you will love it.
