Don't trust people who say they weren't scared by this movie; it is physically impossible not to be scared in PA3. The horror is done in such a way that constantly keeps you guessing, and in a way that's gratifying to watch. I'd consider PA3 to be a better movie than PA2 and PA1, but that's just me. The plot is condensed, which makes room for more scares. The inclusion of some pretty funny moments gives you a brief moment of relief before trying to guess where the next scare is going to come from. I'd recommend this movie to anyone who liked PA1 or PA2.
