Idea behind story line interesting, but could have been written much better. The beginning was very boring and the ending terrible. Kind of sad that the whole theater was laughing during movie that should have been making us scream instead. Was not worth the $10 movie ticket!

I saw THE GOODS, along with my husband, who works in car sales and financing. This is basically the only reason I found anything remotely amusing about this movie, otherwise I pretty much give it a thumbs down. I think the comedy Used Cars (1980) is much better if you are looking for a comparison.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
