From a special effects perspective, it was a great production. The storyline is not bad but not great. From an entertainment perspective, the is a lot of non stop action. The only issue is that during the fight scenes between the transformers, it is very hard to tell who is who and the cuts where too frequent with too many closeups. Next time they should move back a bit. Also, the IMAX only make a difference depending on where you go. A big screen does not guarantee the IMAX experience.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
