Just Awesome!
The best feature of the movie is the out-of-this-world imagination that has been translated to the screen. The special effects make it all the more real and the beauty of it all is that it fits the storyline.
The story is not something new and several ideas have been borrowed from other movies and human tribes but it all fits so well!
i look forward to get to see "the making" of this movie as much as I waited to see the movie itself.

This movie is a heart-warming reminder of college days for just any engineer... whether they were on the giving or receiving end of pranks.
It goes a little overboard in some places, especially in the second half, but the makers have managed to keep things lightweight in most "emotional" scenes...
The best thing in the movie is the comedy is spontaneous, its not there for the heck of it or out of place.
This one is totally worth a watch.

The movie experience in IMAX was great, though just 15 minutes of 3D was sort-of a waste.... that part didn't really have 3D worthy scenes!
The pace of the movie was good, despite cutting lots of details out of the story it made sense as such. It's probably not possible to film each incident as-it-is from the book --- its a loooong book. It still ran for 2.5 hours and was a gripping movie. Its a good watch for even those who have not read the book.........
