It was great if you like the rest of the Saw movies. I don't know if someone would enjoy it if this was their first Saw experience, however it does pull in a lot of scenes from the others in the series so I think everyone could enjoy it. It is a horror movie but it does not have more gore than needed for the plot.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I agree with most of the other people. I go to the movie very frequently. This was by far the worst movie I have seen in quite some time. The only good part was when Eminem and other people made a cameo in the movie. The language, as others have said, is a little excessive. The comedy really isn't even where it should be for the caliber of comedians in this movie. The plot is what kills it because it just drags on.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
