This is a movie worth every penny of the admission price. A gem. It is beautifully scripted, acted, designed, and written.
A true story of a humble man, KIng George VI of Englalnd, who is destined to be England's king, despite his objections. His loving wife and adodring daughters support him as he struggles with his handicap.
The help of a common man who has the intelligence, experience, humility, and fortitude to teach and encourage his king enables George VI to rise above his disability to lead his country through the second world war.
This is not a chick flick, but it is inspiring and uplifting entertainment. There are some occasions of obscene language, so don't bring young children.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
