This movie was so weak and predictable, it was painful to sit through. There was nothing else out in our local theatres for the kids, otherwise I would have waited for this on Netflix. I did notice that any kid under 10 in the cinema found this funny and exciting.
I enjoyed every minute of this. I'm not a fan of the princess-type Disney movie and cringed whenever my kids wanted to go to one, but I'm happy to watch this over and over again with them. It promotes good values-real values-in an entertaining way
It's horribly inaccurate (the Thames was an open sewer you would never jump in and the houses of Parliment are nowhere near the Tower Bridge), Sir Arthur Conan Doyle must be spinning in his grave, and it felt like a CSI episode at times, but it was good fun to watch. What can I say, I don't have grand expectations from Guy Ritchie-at least it was entertaining
