Good Movie

This was not a great movie as it lagged for me at times but it had a nice ending and good heart throughout. I liked the choice of actors and I wondered, but the question was not answered, what was the extent of CA's powers . But maybe it was nice to be left wondering. Overall a nice movie.

I loved this movie and thought that the flow and continuity was very good. I thought the casting was excellent with the characters being very likable. Liked when the girl's face was shown as she was very easy on the eyes. Very good science fiction story and fresh special effects. Extremely realistic and I can't wait for a sequel. I wish it was two hours longer.

Haunting Movie

I left this movie unsure of whether to cry, be a bit let down by the ending, or wondering just what the ending meant. As for the rest of the movie, I absolutely loved it. Great mix of characters from beautiful, yes beautiful woman, to sad kid, to Matt Damon being excellent. The tsunami scene you see in the in the ad is unbelieveable and did I say this was a great movie? It was.

A little Disappointing

Well, I had high expectations for this movie until my friend told me that he had seen it and that he could not understand the talking because of the accents and that it was not as good as he had hoped (I am being kind.). I went with my wife who left early. We arrived in separate cars and she usually would not like this kind of loud shoot em up type of movie but I usually do. I felt that the characters all looked good but there was no real chemistry between them. I did like certain aspects such as the showing of Holme's deductive reasoning, liked that alot. Not enough of it and though and the movie felt a bit disjointed. I liked movie enough and would probably recommend it but with an asterisk.

Captivated me

About two thirds of the way through this movie the thought occurred to me that I was really enjoying the movie. I was caught up in it without initially being aware of it. This movie was well done. I am not one of those people who ever say a movie is too long because I have not gone to the movie for it to be over quickly. I wanted the movie to be longer. I feel that this movie will get Oscar consideration. It had a realism not captured in most movies. I liked it.
