Bummer for Book Lovers

If you've never read a Potter book, chances are good you will enjoy Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. This latest flick has all the requisite action, intrigue and romance to keep you engaged for the full 2hours and 33 minutes. In addition, the scenery, special effects and musical score are terrific. However, Rowling wrote a fantastic, action-packed end to her 6th novel, and for some reason, Warner Bros. chose to go in a different direction. This decision certainly comes up short for book-lovers, in addition to the general movie-goer who is also left a bit empty at the anti-climactic end. Rowling's characters and millions of die-hard fans who've been waiting years for this latest release certainly deserved better.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
