A fantastic portrayal by Johnny Depp, exactly what you expect from him. The characters were strong, and the love story managed to stay in the forefront even though it was not often on screen. This movie is definitely about the men more than the events, and while it lacked a little in the insight you would have liked to see in some of the peripheral characters, it will reel you in. Wait for the fantastic ending, and remember that the last gunfight is not always the last important event!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
