The first "Twilight" movie was a mixed bag, with some nice performances but also awkward special effects and less-than-stellar dialogue. "New Moon" remains faithful to the book and again many of the actors, especially those in minor roles, nail their parts. But this time the effects are quite good and used well. The bad guys are sincerely creepy and threatening. Taylor Lautner shows he has some real acting chops and steals several scenes from his more celebrated co-stars. This is a good film worth seeing.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
