A good Movie...

Like another reviewer said, if you are a fan of the book and have read it , then I think the movie never lives up to it... So you have to view it for what it was.. I have not read the book and I thought the movie was excellent. I took my kids to see it, 10 and 5 and they enjoyed it as well. It was a good story and had me roped into the movie in just a few mins. I actually want to read the book now. If you like greek mythology , like my 10 yr old is learning in school now, you will find this amusing.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

A must see movie of the year...

All I can say is WOW.. well maybe a little more than that. It was an amazing movie with a story line and special effects that just reach out and grab you. This was not a movie that relied only on special effect either. When you sit down to watch you are pulled right into the story as well.
I would caution taking little ones though, they did swear a bit. :-)
The ending get very epic battle intense.. might be a little much for a little one.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Fun movie for all..

I took my 4 year old to see this movie and it was fun, cute, humorous. I really enjoyed it. It was as good as I had hoped it would be. I cannot wait till it comes out on DVD / Blue Ray.
I would go see it in 3-D if you can. Totally worth it.
