I was disappointed in the movie. As a fan of Alice in Wonderland and Johnny Depp, I was prepared to LOVE this movie, but, instead, came away disatisfied. The weirdness of Alice didn't go far enough. The characters were ill-concived. The storyline lacked energy and the ending was flat. The only really good part to the film was the CGI and even that was uneven at times. This story lacked it's muchness (borrowing from the Mad Hatter). It wasn't the worst movie I have ever seen, but it doesn't rate anywhere near the top.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
