First one was better.

This one had a lot more action than the first one, without much plot. Also, the focus seemed to jump around. At first they had their piece of the cube, then they were looking for the key, etc.
Also, it seemed like more decepticons kept showing up, without any explanation as to where they came from.
I'd give it an A for action, but a C for plot/storyline.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
