No "imax experience"

My husband and I were both entertained by this movie. We felt the storyline was good, and slightly different from the story we remember, but, was not worth the $15 in IMAX 3D - but would have been worth the $7-$8 in the regular theatre. The 3D was not NEARLY as lifelike as Avatar (i know its probably not fair to compare it to that, but it set the bar higher!!) And it seems like all the cool parts w had already seen in the previews 20 times!!! I was expecting to be "dodging items" from the movie experience like we did in Avatar, but nothing really popped out THAT much, just enough to make you believe it was 3D. On a higher note, the acting was very well, Johnny Depp played his part great!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
