Don't Miss This Movie!

The movie was more straightforward than I expected but still complex.
The cinematography, choreography, wardrobe, acting and even the cast themselves are all exceptionally beautiful.
Seeing this film on the big screen--and on an Imax screen certainly adds to its awesomeness.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Book Fan Generally Accepts Adaptation!

The children's acting was phenomenal; I was greatly empressed with their range. Supporting seasoned actors were wonderful as well, like Rickman, Coltrane, Bonham Carter, etc. Thought final death scene was rushed and anti-climactic and making Harry NOT be jinxed immobile for it was the biggest FAIL of the movie. The only deviation from the book I'm really truly upset about. I went in knowing things would be changed a bit because it's a movie, not a book, etc., but I think that changes the character of Harry Potter too much. As much as he listened to Dumbledore, he also loved him and would've stepped in on his behalf. Everything else I'll let go...
Yes, I recommend this movie.
