Cohen appears desperate. His last movie, Borat was shocking in a funny way but Bruno is insulting and hurts the brain. By plumbing the depths and by constantly repeating its single sophomoric theme (homosexuals are kinky, crude and funny) the movie turned me from broad-minded liberal to prude with a headache. There are great moments but way too much bad taste.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
