Great adaptation for the most part, though there were some parts blantantly missing (such as Harry and Ginny's first kiss after the quidditch victory). Overall, though-the characters were terrific, scenery was great as usual, and while I don't normally like movies to be more than 2 hours, the time flew by. My 8 1/2 year old son didn't think it was long at all. He also said it's his favorite movie so far, even though he didn't like this book as much (not enough action in the book for him!) Great movie!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
