The wife and I really enjoyed it and I think that the extra money for imax was well worth it

The wife and I didn't enjoy it much, but our three year old grandson was fascinated throughout. That makes it worthwhile.

A good amount of action and special effects. The character development left you caring for them so that you are engaged in the fight for good over evil. Obviously this is a lead in for The Avengers, there are common characters already making appearances or are being referenced. Be sure to stay all the way to the end after the credits as there is a short scene that you'll want to see.

It's not Citizen Kane, but it's a big, fun, exciting action-fest fron start to end with just enough character development to draw you in to the story and make you sympathize with Tony Stark. I'd go see it again.

If you are a Star Trek fan (and even if you're not), this is a must see! The plotline is pure genius, it bows to the past while setting it's own course. Plenty of action and light moments, not to mention stunning special effects and sound.
