This movie is touching, funny, irreverant, and beautiful. George's character grows throughout the movie as do the children. From running in flip-flops to holding his dying wife's hand - his performance is REAL and RAW. You can connect with the character because he shows you the same emotions that you would have in the same situation -- guilt, pain, anger, remorse, love... Go see this movie, you will grow too...
Although the movie was 2 1/2 hours long, I felt like there was some story and character development that was seriously curtailed. (Ron Weasley' needing confidence while playing Quidditch. The death of Aragog.) Other than that, the movie kept me riveted and the 3 main characters/actors have grown up and developed the ability to show humor and even sarcastic humor. I found myself chuckling right along with everyone else in the theater. I can't wait for the next movie!
