Valentines Day is just a fun escape movie that entertains, and makes you laugh for two hours. You could just tell the cast had a great time making this movie. It won't win any awards but then I don't it was supposed to. Enjoy it!

Wonderful surprise

This was the last of the Oscar nominees on my list to see. I went into it with trepidation given the length and what appeared to be a really far-fetched story. It has to be one of the best films I have seen in years. Clearly, there were holes in the plot but this was a fantasy pure and simple and one that tells the heart wrenching story of a life long love between two people whose lives were literally going in opposite directions. Well written, wonderfully acted with another triumph for Cate Blanchete.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
