Obviously, the writers of this film only know one adjective...the F word. The character, Lou, should have killed himself at the beginning of the movie so we would not have to endure him for 2 hours.
I thought John Cusak starred in good films. "Eight Men Out" and "Runaway Jury" are outstanding movies. "Hot Tub" ranks as one of the worst. The title, "Hot Tub Time Machine" should give audiences a clue that this is no Oscar winner. My wife wanted to see this movie for her birthday. So, I took her. She apologized to me afterward for making me take her see this piece of trash.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
